Individual artists who have resided in Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, or Wolcott for at least two years are eligible. Grants range from $1,000 to $5,000 and are awarded annually. Applicants must contact MSCF’s grants team at least one week before the deadline to confirm eligibility and receive application instructions. The application deadline is October 28, 2026. The grant is a financial award; no application fee is required. MSCF provides no housing or travel support. The program is a recurring annual call with a single application window each year.
