H2L Productions, in collaboration with filmmaker Stacey Tenenbaum, is producing a documentary titled “The Lookalike Project” that explores photographer François Brunelle’s work with look‑alikes. They are searching for a woman who looks almost identical to the subject featured in the attached press release, with particular emphasis on matching the lips. Applicants must submit a recent passport‑style photo via email. The selected look‑alike will be flown to either Montreal, Canada, or China for a portrait session with François Brunelle, which will be filmed for inclusion in the documentary. The participant will also receive a portrait taken by Brunelle and will be featured in the final film, which is slated for international festival screenings, Canadian cinema releases, and broadcast on CBC.
