Kunstraum Heartspace offers a Summer Residency programme designed for artists who wish to develop their practice within a supportive community in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district. The residency runs from July 1st to September 30th 2026, with flexible start dates on July 1, August 1 or September 1. Participants may join for one, two or three months, allowing them to tailor the length to their project needs. Each month costs €279, which covers unlimited studio access (Flex Option), continuous curatorial mentorship from Jenia Yanes, organization of a monthly open‑studio day, and inclusion in a final group exhibition held from 2 to 7 October 2026. The programme includes a monthly group meeting for peer feedback and a dedicated chat group for ongoing support. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until 16 August 2026, provided a spot is available for the requested start month. Interested artists should submit a bio, artist statement, portfolio and motivation via email, indicating their desired start date. The residency is open to artists of any discipline and does not impose nationality or age restrictions. While housing and travel costs are not covered, the programme provides a professional studio environment, curatorial guidance, exhibition exposure and a vibrant network of fellow creators.
