Farm Studio International Artist Residency, located in a rural village in Rajasthan, India, offers artists a serene and inspiring space to develop their creative work free from everyday distractions. The residency encourages creative exploration, collaboration, and cultural exchange among artists from diverse backgrounds while celebrating and engaging with the local community’s artistic traditions. Artists can work across various media in three types of studio spaces: indoor/open-air studios, outdoor farm and desert environments, and traditional pottery studios in a nearby village. The residency provides accommodation, vegetarian meals, studio facilities, exhibition opportunities, internet access, and round-the-clock on-site support. During the residency season, 3-6 artists from around the world live and work at Farm Studio, creating a vibrant intercultural atmosphere. The residency is self-guided, allowing artists to manage their own time and creative process within this supportive setting.
