The Alumni Professional Development Fund (APDF) is a re-designed version of the former Leaders of Color Professional Development Fund (LoCPD). While earlier versions of this program included other individual artist funding streams, this year the fund is intentionally centered on alumni of Creative West’s leadership development programs who have not received other individual artist funding from Creative West.

Applicants must be alumni of ELC (2010–2021), LoCF (2022–2024), NAFF (2025+); Not have received other individual artist funding from Creative West (e.g., BIPOC Artist Fund, Creative West Artist Fund, Pacific Jurisdictions Artist Fund, Native Arts + Heritage Fund) at the time of application;
