The Dublin Region Early Childhood Arts Residency 2026 is a funded artist residency programme delivered in partnership between the Dublin region Local Authorities and Children and Young People’s Services Committees (CYPSC). Five residency awards of up to €13,000 each will be awarded to professional artists who will research, develop and deliver creative arts experiences for children aged 0–5 years and their adult caregivers in homeless accommodation services across the four local authority areas of Dún Laoghaire‑Rathdown, Dublin City North, Dublin City South and South Dublin. Artists must propose collaboration with other artists or creative practitioners; individual artists must include named collaborators. The residency runs from November 2026 to June 2027, requiring a minimum of ten artistic engagements and participation in three peer‑learning sessions. Funding covers research, development, design, delivery, artist and collaborator fees, project resources, materials and peer‑learning sessions. The application deadline is 2 pm, 2 September 2026, with no application fee.
