クリエイティブ・レジデンシー

The Creative Residency Program at Bloedel Reserve invites artists, writers, composers, designers, and other innovative thinkers to spend three weeks living and working in a two‑bedroom home on the Reserve’s 140‑acre grounds. Residents receive unlimited access to the gardens, forests, meadows, and wildlife habitats, as well as a Smart Car for local travel (valid driver’s license required). The residency supports projects that relate to nature, especially those exploring the relationship between people and the natural world. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, and no pets are allowed. Selected residents are expected to present a public talk, workshop, lecture, demonstration, viewing, or concert during their stay. Applications for the 2028 residency will be accepted from July 15 to September 1, 2027.
