Call to Artists: Holiday Expo 2026 at Guilford Art Center invites artists and makers to submit original, handcrafted work for the center’s annual holiday shopping event. The Expo runs for eight weeks from November 13, 2026 to January 10, 2027, open seven days a week, and showcases a diverse range of craft media including ceramics, woodworking, glass, jewelry, metalwork, stationery, leather, personal care, candles, home goods, textiles, fiber arts, and more. The event operates on a consignment basis with a 50/50 split of proceeds, supporting the center’s educational programming. Artists may be emerging or established, but all submissions must be original and created by the artist. Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis beginning August 1, 2026; artists should send three high‑resolution images of each piece, along with the title and a brief description, to the contact listed on the page. Acceptance notifications are sent within two weeks, and accepted work may be delivered starting October 7, 2026. The Expo offers artists exposure to a holiday‑shopping audience, the opportunity to sell their work, and the chance to contribute to the center’s community‑focused mission.
