CAG × Ground Floor WEDGE RESIDENCY – 新進気鋭のアーティストを対象としたレジデンシー・プログラム

The Contemporary Art Gallery (CAG) in partnership with the artist collective Ground Floor invites early‑emerging artists, curators, writers and other cultural practitioners to apply for the WEDGE RESIDENCY in Vancouver. The self‑directed residency runs for 4–6 weeks in CAG’s 325‑square‑foot North Gallery and provides a semi‑private studio, a stipend of $250 per week, mentorship from CAG curatorial staff and Ground Floor members, studio visits from guest artists, on‑site parking, a selection of hand tools, and access to the CAG library and kitchenette. Applicants must be over 18 and currently reside in Metro Vancouver. Both individuals and collectives are welcome. The programme aims to support artists who need studio space, foster community connections, and develop a public‑facing initiative such as an artist talk, podcast or zine. Applications are free and must be submitted by the deadline.
