The BC Arts Council’s Operating Assistance: Arts & Cultural Service Organizations program provides financial support to established, professional non‑profit arts and cultural organizations in British Columbia. Eligible applicants must have a membership base, demonstrate ongoing local, regional, provincial or national activity, and meet all program eligibility requirements. Funding is awarded for a one‑year term, with the possibility of a second‑year rollover, and is intended to assist general operations such as administration, programming, and community outreach. The program prioritises reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and access, and is delivered within a constrained fiscal environment with limited funding available for new organizations.

Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on October 8 2026 through the BC Arts Council Grant Management System. Applicants should review the program guidelines, confirm eligibility, and prepare financial information in advance. The application process includes uploading required documentation and may allow audio or video submissions. Results will be announced in late February or early March 2027.
