アーティスト・レジデンス - プログラムの紹介 - Art Explora

The Art Explora Foundation, in partnership with the Cité internationale des arts, invites artists and researchers from around the globe to apply for its 2027 residency programme. The call, the seventh edition of the partnership, offers two formats: a SOLO programme for individual artists and a COLLECTIVE programme for groups of artists, researchers, or curators. Applicants may work across visual arts, performance, digital practices, literary works, or other experimental disciplines. The residency takes place at the Montmartre site of the Cité internationale des arts in Paris and runs for 3 to 6 months for solo residents or 3 months for collectives. Residents receive a furnished studio apartment of approximately 50 m², a monthly living stipend of €1,000, a production grant of €3,000, and a round‑trip travel allowance to Paris. In addition, they gain access to production facilities, local networks, and a mentoring programme featuring leading figures in the art world. The selection committee looks for a strong professional background, an international exhibition record, and a project that engages contemporary issues such as art‑science intersections, social and ecological concerns, and the French cultural context. Applications open on 21 September 2026 and close on 30 October 2026. Winners are announced in January 2027 for residencies from March to August and in June 2027 for residencies from September 2027 to February 2028.

Studio apartment, grant of 1,000 euros per month, production grant of up to 3,000 euros

Eligible artists are those who can justify a minimum of five years of professional activity. Eligible artistic disciplines: visual arts, performing arts, digital arts, art criticism & curating. Eligible areas of research: humanities, social sciences, sciences, technological innovation, ecology.
