apexart NYC 公募 2026–27

apexart, a non‑profit art organization in Lower Manhattan, runs an annual Open Call that allows anyone – regardless of location, discipline or professional background – to propose an idea‑driven group exhibition for its 2026‑27 season in New York City. Applicants must submit a written proposal (max 500 words) in English, include the names of at least three artists they might show, and cannot propose a solo “artist project” or an exhibition that relies on external funding. The call runs from 1 October to 31 October 2026. Ten winning proposals receive a budget of up to $10,000 (with up to $1,000 matched for venue costs) and a $2,000 honorarium after expenses, as well as apexart staff support, exhibition space, and promotional assistance. Selections are made by an anonymous online jury of more than 1,500 international participants. No application fee is required.
