この機会について
Museo Reina Sofía, in collaboration with the L'Internationale network and the Museum of the Commons project, is calling for two research residencies under its Climate strand. The residencies aim to explore ecological, social, and political sustainability within the cultural sector, and to develop new imaginaries, languages, and practices that respond to the global climate crisis. Applicants are encouraged to propose interdisciplinary projects that engage with local communities, institutional practices, and the broader research network of the Study Centre. Each residency lasts four months, from November 2026 to February 2027, and offers a stipend of €25,000 per residence. The program provides studio space, mentorship, and research support within the Museum of the Commons. The application deadline is 8 October 2026, with applications accepted from 28 August 2026. The call is open to artists and researchers who wish to investigate climate-related sustainability in art and culture. For more information and to apply, visit the Museo Reina Sofía Study Centre page.
