A two‑week residency in Narva (23 Nov‑6 Dec 2026) for artists linked to Finno‑Ugric cultures, offering a €1,700 per‑diem, accommodation, travel support and collaborative workshops.

Nine artists will be selected for a two‑week residency in Narva’s border schools in autumn 2026, each receiving a €1,000 scholarship.

An exhibition of contemporary blacksmithing

Tallinn Music Week invites artists of all genres worldwide to apply for a performance slot at the 2027 festival, offering exposure, PRO passes, accommodation and promotion.

The residency project is implemented by three internationally active and artist-driven organisations: OKAPI NPO (Estonia), Haihatus Art Center and Residency (Finland), and Kunstverein Wagenhalle e.V. – The Art Association Wagenhalle (Germany).
