Concorso “Sony World Photography Awards Series”

The Sony World Photography Awards Series Competition, organised by the World Photography Organisation, invites photographers worldwide to submit a series of five to ten images in any of ten categories. The competition is free to enter and open to anyone over 18, with no nationality restrictions. Entrants must adhere to image specifications (JPEG, 1‑5 MB, sRGB) and provide a series description. The deadline for submissions is 12 January 2027 at 16:00 GMT. Winners receive a range of prizes including a $25,000 USD cash award, top‑of‑the‑range Sony Digital Imaging equipment, flights and accommodation to the awards ceremony in London, a solo exhibition at the Sony World Photography Awards London exhibition, inclusion in the competition book, global press exposure, and promotional opportunities on the competition website. The overall Photographer of the Year also receives a solo presentation at the next year's exhibition. The competition runs annually, with the next edition opening in early 2026.
