Programma di residenza artistica di Serendipity Labs

Serendipity Labs, a coworking space in downtown Los Angeles, offers an Artist in Residence program that invites local artists and art organizations to display and sell their work in its shared spaces. The residency runs for 3 to 6 months and is open to artists at any career stage. Artists are responsible for hanging and displaying their own work; if a piece sells, the artist keeps 100% of the proceeds and must replace the sold work with a new piece for the remainder of the residency. The program does not provide a stipend, housing, or travel support, and there are no application or residency fees. Participants gain access to coworking space, event space, and shared internet, but no dedicated studio or technical support is offered. The residency is open to all artists, with no pet policy and no housing accommodations. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, allowing artists to apply at any time.
