Residenze Rauschenberg

Since its founding, the ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe (Germany) has embraced a forward-looking approach to technology and media art, in which technological developments and socio-political issues go hand in hand. In collaboration with and thanks to the support of the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, the Department of Artistic Research & Development, the ZKM | Hertzlab, is offering three artistic research residencies in 2026. These ‘Rauschenberg Residencies’ provide artists working at the intersection of performative art and creative technology with a unique opportunity to draw inspiration from Rauschenberg’s dedication to E.A.T. – Experiments in Art and Technology and envision the future.
