Launched in 2025, the program runs until 2028 and supports several hundred artists and professionals in the performing arts and music sectors across Sub‑Saharan Africa and the European Union. It offers four strategic areas: circulation of performances, professional mobility, capacity building, and creative tandems. The current call (Call for Projects 2/2) opens on 9 July 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026. Eligible applicants are artists and performing‑arts professionals based in one of 48 Sub‑Saharan African countries or one of 27 EU member states. The program provides financial support for mobility, co‑production, professional meetings, and dissemination of artistic works, with no application fee.
