PERFORMNORD – Bando per il programma artistico

The PERFORMNORD artistic programme, organized by Metropolis (Copenhagen International Theatre), is now open for applications from professional Nordic artists whose practice centers on performance art. Applicants may propose live performances, studio‑based presentations (video, photos, materials), or participation in a dialogue programme that includes talks, interviews, and workshops. The call offers small studio spaces (15‑25 m²) for installations, opportunities to present work internationally in 2027/28, and, for site‑specific projects, the possibility of pre‑site visits and short residencies to prepare the work. Applications must include a CV and documentation of relevant work. The deadline for submissions is 18 September 2026 (midnight CET). No application fee is required.

Open to professional Nordic artists (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, including Greenland & Faroe Islands) living or working in the Nordic countries, as well as Nordic artists residing abroad. Applicants must define their practice as performance art.
