Bando pubblico: Mostra estiva, dal 22 luglio al 12 settembre 2026

The Francis Gallery in Los Angeles is inviting painters based in the city, at any stage of their career, to submit work for its Summer Show 2026. The open call runs from July 22 to September 12, 2026, and will culminate in a group exhibition of 79 paintings. Two prizes of $15,000 each—The Francis Prize for best abstract painting and The Clara Prize for best figurative painting—will be awarded on opening night. The gallery emphasizes a collaborative, inclusive ethos, drawing on a diverse judging panel of curators, designers, art historians, collectors and cultural strategists. Artists who are accepted will receive exhibition space and the opportunity to showcase their work to a broad audience, along with the financial prizes.
