ArKtype, a New York‑based production and development organization, is seeking a strategic and operations‑driven leader to serve as Managing Producer for its expansive portfolio, including the nationally recognized Under the Radar festival and year‑round platform. The role is full‑time, exempt, and hybrid, based in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day operations across ArKtype, aligning programming, marketing, and revenue strategies, managing the annual budget and financial oversight, supervising senior staff, ensuring compliance with nonprofit and legal requirements, and maintaining internal systems and processes. The position reports to the Executive Director and co‑leads the organization’s growth and sustainability. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 USD annually.
