Makerfest: Bando per artisti e musicisti della serie “Summer Art Series”

The Makerspace presents Makerfest: Summer Art Series, a four‑week outdoor event (August 20, 27, September 3, 10, 2026) in Washington, DC. The program invites local artists, makers, and musicians to apply for a vendor table in a curated marketplace. Each evening will feature approximately ten artist vendors and up to four live musical performances. Accepted participants receive a 6‑foot display table, a black table covering, space within the marketplace, event marketing through Makerspace channels, and (for musicians) a professional sound system. Artists are responsible for sales transactions, taxes, and bringing their own point‑of‑sale equipment, display fixtures, lighting, and packaging. Musicians must provide their own instruments, cables, and any required amplification. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; there is no fixed deadline. A $25 donation per event is required upon acceptance. The call is open to local artists, makers, and musicians residing in the Washington, DC area. No age or nationality restrictions are stated.
