The International Journal of Arts and Technology (IJART) is a peer‑reviewed, Open Access‑only journal published by Inderscience Publishers. It welcomes contributions that address the convergence of artistic practice and emerging technologies, including new media arts, interactive theatre, AI‑based art, wearable computing, evolutionary art systems, and many other interdisciplinary topics. Submissions may take the form of research articles, artworks, performance documentation, reviews, conference reports, or commentaries. All articles undergo a double‑blind review process. Authors must ensure that their work has not been published elsewhere and must agree to the journal’s ethical guidelines. IJART is indexed in Scopus, Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index, DBLP and other major databases, providing wide visibility for accepted works. As of 31 August 2026 the journal operates under an Open Access model with an article processing charge (APC) of EUR 1700 for authors choosing the Open Access option; standard (non‑OA) publication remains available for submissions received before that date. Submission is performed through the Inderscience online system. The journal offers authors the opportunity to publish in a reputable, indexed venue that reaches both academic and artistic communities worldwide.
