The ICCR Scholarship Scheme for Dance & Music, administered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) through the Consulate General of India in Bali, invites applications each January for the upcoming academic year. The programme is open to international students who wish to pursue studies in Indian classical dance, music, theatre, performing arts, sculpture, Indian languages or cuisine at accredited Indian institutions. Selected scholars receive a fully‑funded scholarship covering tuition fees, a monthly stipend, accommodation and travel support as per ICCR guidelines. Applications are submitted online via the ICCR A2A portal, and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by ICCR, including nationality, academic background and proficiency in the chosen discipline. The scholarship aims to promote cultural exchange and preserve Indian artistic heritage by providing immersive training under the Guru‑Shishya Parampara tradition.
