Glasgow Ceramic Studio invites mid‑career ceramic artists (minimum ten years of practice) to apply for its International Mid‑Career Residency. The three‑month residency, scheduled for the summer following the November application deadline, provides a free studio space equipped with kilns, glaze labs and other facilities, a £1,500 honorarium that can be used for flights, materials and firings, and covered travel costs. While the studio cannot provide on‑site accommodation, it assists artists in finding local housing. Applicants must secure their own UK visa. The program aims to foster knowledge exchange and encourage artists to contribute to the Scottish ceramic discourse through workshops, talks or skill‑exchange events.
