Opportunità di finanziamento per artisti arabi con sede in Europa

Zad: Miles for Connection – Support Framework for Artist Mobility and Engagement, organized by Ettijahat – Independent Culture, is an ongoing open call designed to support artists, artistic collectives and cultural practitioners from the Arab region who currently reside in Europe. The programme aims to remove barriers to artistic mobility by providing financial assistance for travel, inter‑regional transportation, daily expenses, translation costs, shipping of artworks and inclusive travel needs. Applicants may be individuals or groups from any artistic discipline and any age, with priority given to artists originally from Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, Sudan and Libya. To apply, artists must submit an online application through Ettijahat’s portal, including an artistic CV, project narrative, proof of European residence and, where relevant, an invitation from a hosting organisation. The call is open year‑round (rolling) and does not require an entry fee. Successful applicants receive tailored support to enable participation in festivals, exhibitions, residencies or other cultural events across Europe.
