TMDC (Taller per a la Materialització i el Desenvolupament de Conceptes) is a coworking industrial space in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, that provides shared workshops and industrial machinery for designers, artisans, metalworkers, and other makers. The "De 0 a 100" call is a grant‑style program that co‑finances up to €5,496 of the first workspace lease for projects that produce a tangible product and demonstrate a positive social or environmental impact. The funding covers 50 % of the rent from August to December 2026 and 30 % for the full year 2027, with a maximum grant of €5,496 if the project starts in August 2026.

Eligibility requires that the project is a physical product, has a clear social or environmental benefit, and that the applicant holds a TMDC membership from the outset. The program is open to individuals and teams, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with slots awarded by first‑come, first‑served order. Applicants must submit a brief text explaining the idea, its impact, and sketches or models to illustrate the project.

In addition to financial support, TMDC offers access to a full range of industrial equipment, a community of 170 manufacturers, and training and advisory services from partners such as Barcelona Activa, Bloc4BCN, and the Centre d'Empreses Procornellà. The program runs for 12–17 months, providing a dedicated workspace and mentorship throughout the project’s development.

Applications can be submitted online via the form on the TMDC website, and the decision is communicated within a week of submission.
