Frieze, a leading international art fair organization, is seeking a temporary Digital Platform Coordinator to support the delivery of its digital exhibitor platforms during one of the busiest periods of the fair calendar. The role is based remotely or in London and runs from an immediate start until November/December 2026, subject to business requirements. Responsibilities include configuring and preparing Frieze Viewing Room for each fair, managing gallery onboarding, generating QR codes, coordinating platform launches, and maintaining gallery listings on frieze.com. The coordinator will also handle operational coordination between the Digital, Exhibitor Relations, Design, and Content teams, conduct quality assurance checks, and support continuous process improvements. Candidates should have strong experience with CMS, digital operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management, preferably within events, exhibitions, publishing, or the arts sector.
