BANDO CREART 3.0: PROGRAMMA EDUCATIVO DI OULU. RESIDENZA ARTISTICA, I BAMBINI COME ARTISTI

The City of Oulu, in partnership with the CreArt 3.0 network, is calling for a professional visual artist to join a two‑week residency (16‑29 November 2026) aimed at creating a participatory public artwork for the entrance of the new Museum and Science Centre Tiima. The project focuses on children aged 3‑6 from the English‑speaking playschool of Oulu, who will collaborate with the artist to develop the artwork. Applicants must be visual artists with experience in participatory, community‑based or educational projects, have worked with children, and be able to facilitate activities in English. The residency offers accommodation, travel costs, and production support for materials, with an artist fee of €1,500. The final artwork will be installed in the museum’s entrance staircase and lobby, ensuring safety and accessibility. The application deadline is 11 October 2026, and selected artists will be notified after evaluation.
