CreativeHub 1352 is seeking proposals for temporary tree‑inspired art sculptures and installations to be presented at the Small Arms Inspection Building during the Mississauga Festival of Trees (December 4‑13, 2026). The call welcomes individual artists, artist collectives, and ad‑hoc groups operating in Ontario, with priority given to early‑stage artists for the small‑format category. Three categories are offered: Large Format (budget CAD 2,500), Small Format (budget CAD 1,500) and Re‑installation of existing works (budget CAD 1,000). Proposals must be freestanding 3D structures (or suspended under 30 lb) that respond to the theme “Imagining Sustainable Futures”. Applications are submitted online by 23:59 ET on 31 August 2026. Selected artists will be notified by 1 October 2026, receive access to the venue in early December, and be required to install their work between 1‑3 December 2026. The budget covers artist fees, materials, tools, travel, installation and related costs, and logistical support may be provided as needed.
