Informazioni su Questa Opportunità

The Resident Internship Program at Craigardan is an educational work‑exchange position for emerging artists, chefs, and aspiring farmers. Interns receive a full fellowship valued at $2300 per week, which covers a free residency, mentorship, hands‑on learning, private or shared on‑site housing, a farm share, partial meals, and studio access. In return, participants commit to 30 hours per week of work on the community farm, in the kitchens, or in the ceramics studio, plus an additional 10 hours for personal projects. Internships are offered in three focus areas – Farm + Food, Clay Studio, and Culinary – with the option to combine two disciplines. Each placement lasts a minimum of three months (12 weeks) and is open to artists, farmers, and scholars worldwide, with a preference for early‑career individuals. Applicants must provide their own transportation and cover personal expenses beyond the farm share. The program runs annually; the current application window opened on September 15 2026 and will close on December 15 2026 or when all positions are filled. The experience includes access to workshops, lectures, and community events in the Adirondack region, offering valuable professional development and networking opportunities.
