The European Commission’s Culture Moves Europe program invites artists and cultural professionals to apply for a mobility grant for the 2026‑2027 cycle. The call supports a single artistic or cultural project to be implemented in another Creative Europe country, with the backing of an international partner. Applicants may be individuals or groups of up to five people. The grant provides a daily allowance of €85, a travel allowance of €400 for journeys under 5,000 km or €800 for longer distances, and various top‑ups (green mobility, overseas territories, family, visa). Accessibility support of €30 per day is also available. The application process is conducted through the Goethe‑Application Portal, with monthly deadlines culminating on 30 April 2027. Eligibility requires legal residence in a Creative Europe country, age 18 or older, and activity in one of the sectors: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, or visual arts. No specific experience level is required.
