Bando di concorso per il programma “Garage Studios” e “Residenze d’artista” 2026/27

Garage Museum of Contemporary Art announces a Call for Applications for its Garage Studios and Artist Residencies Program 2026/27. The Garage Studios program provides 18 individual workspaces, a shared studio, project rooms, and a painting area, while the Artist Residencies include curatorial consultations, guest visits, and participation in the Garage Education program. Two successful applicants will join a joint program with the Vaults Center for Artistic Production of GES-2 House of Culture, gaining access to ceramic, textile, woodwork, metalwork, 3D‑printing, screen printing, photographic, audio and video production studios. The residency runs from 15 October to 15 April (3 or 6 months) for the studio track, and 15 October to 15 February (5 months) for the joint program. Garage covers travel, accommodation and living expenses, and provides a monthly material stipend of 20,000 RUB. The Vaults Center adds production expenses up to 75,000 RUB. The program is open to artists aged 18 or over from any country for the studio track; the joint program is limited to artists from Russian regions (excluding Moscow). Applications are accepted from 5 August to 2 September 2026, with results announced on 14 October 2026 and residencies beginning 19 October 2026.
