Bando pubblico: Mostra annuale presso la Royal Scottish Academy di Edimburgo - 2027

Visual Arts Scotland (VAS) invites applications from members and non‑members worldwide to exhibit in the Upper Galleries of the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA) building in Edinburgh in January 2027. The exhibition continues the longest‑running visual art and contemporary craft show in partnership with the Exhibiting Societies of Scottish Artists (ESSA). All visual arts and contemporary craft disciplines are welcome, including painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, film & audio, textiles, woodwork, metalwork, furniture, glass, installation, performance and jewellery. Submissions may be made online via the OESS system. The submission deadline is 28 August 2026 (5 pm). Non‑members pay £15 per submission (up to five works) and all artists are charged a one‑off £15 administration and installation fee. VAS members have free entry for the first three works. Selected works must be for sale; VAS takes a 40 % commission (35 % for Professional Members). Artists are responsible for shipping, insurance and any customs duties. The call provides exhibition space, promotional support, sales opportunity and exposure to a national audience.

Open to VAS members and non‑members worldwide; all visual arts and contemporary craft disciplines accepted; works must be completed from 2024 onward and not previously shown at RSA or with VAS in the last 5 years.
