The Actors Fund
Informazioni su Questa Opportunità
The Actors Fund Emergency Financial Assistance program provides financial support to members of the entertainment and performing arts community who are experiencing immediate financial hardship. Applicants must demonstrate current financial need—an inability to pay next two months’ bills—and meet employment criteria: either a minimum of five years of recent industry employment with earnings of at least $6,500 for three of the last five years, or a minimum of 20 years of industry employment with at least ten years of earnings of at least $5,000. Income from teaching does not qualify. Eligible applicants must submit documentation of earnings, recent bank statements, and current lease or mortgage statements. The application is submitted online via a JotForm link. The program offers assistance for basic living expenses, such as rent, utilities, and food, but does not replace income. The program is open year‑round, with no fixed deadline, and is available to all entertainment professionals across the United States.
