Videoart.Ist – Programa Internacional de Exibição de Arte em Vídeo

Videoart.Ist International Video Art Screening Program is a nomadic festival that invites experimental and conceptual video art works and short films from around the world. The program seeks pieces that fall outside traditional narration or within a non‑narrative, avant‑garde framework. Submissions must be a single‑channel video or film, no longer than 20 minutes, and may be produced in any year. The program is open to all video artists and short‑film directors worldwide. Non‑Turkish works with dialogue must include English subtitles; Turkish works are shown with Turkish subtitles. Works in progress, postal submissions, and works with dialogue lists are not accepted. Selected works will be screened at various venues across Turkey and will receive digital certificates of participation. The program is held annually, with a new edition each year.

Application is submitted through FilmFreeway. The final deadline for the 2026 edition is 31 August 2026. The program is free to apply; no submission fee is charged. The festival provides screening opportunities and certificates but does not offer stipends, housing, or travel support.
