OS CINCO GRANDES: Chamada aberta para o Baku Art Weekend

The Baku Art Weekend 2026, organised by IDEA Public Association in partnership with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, is calling for digital artists from Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia and the MENA region to respond to the theme "The Big Five of the Caucasus: Art, Conservation, and Future Generations". Submissions should be dynamic or time‑based works suitable for augmented‑reality activation on mobile devices, including short videos, animations, generative art, 3D models and other AR‑ready digital experiences. Selected works will be displayed in a dedicated AR installation in Baku’s Old City during the festival (30 October–1 November 2026). The winning artist will receive a trip to Baku, with travel and accommodation support, and will be part of the festival’s VIP programme, gaining access to exclusive events and networking opportunities. Submissions are free; each artist may submit one entry, with the option to purchase additional entries for $10. The call closes on 5 October 2026 at 12:00 GMT‑4.
