Shedonismo 2027

Shedonism 2027 is a professional development lab organised by 101 Outdoor Arts, running from Monday 18 January to Saturday 23 January 2027 at the organisation’s Greenham Business Park site in Newbury (RG19 6HN, United Kingdom). The six‑day residential programme offers makers, fabricators, puppeteers, inventors, mechanics, sculptors, light and sound artists, technologists, costume and set designers the chance to work on outdoor‑art projects in a shared workshop environment. Participants receive a dedicated workstation, access to the workshop’s tools and materials, catered meals, and on‑site accommodation (first‑come, first‑served). The lab encourages peer‑to‑peer learning, informal workshops, and a supportive community, with additional support for accessibility and neurodivergent participants. A Young Maker Bursary covering the event cost and travel is available for early‑career artists aged 18‑30 with less than two years of professional experience. Applications are submitted via an online form, with a deadline of Monday 6 December 2026 at 9 am. The fee for the programme is £80 (including meals and accommodation).
