RAVE Trivignano Udinese, Itália

RAVE East Village Artist Residency is an experimental, multidisciplinary residency situated in the rural countryside of Friuli, near Trivignano Udinese. The program, founded by artists Isabella and Tiziana Pers together with Giovanni Marta, invites established artists to spend one month conducting research, dialogue, and production in a setting that prioritises animals and biocentric, anti‑speciesist perspectives. Participants live in a country B&B on the property, sharing meals and time with rescued animals and trees that have been removed from commercial exploitation. The residency offers studio space, a collaborative environment with philosophers, scientists, writers, architects and activists, and opportunities for public meetings and exhibitions. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no fixed deadline, and the program is open to multidisciplinary artists who are established in their practice. The residency is hosted by RAVE East Village Artist Residency, supported by the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Comune di Trivignano Udinese, and is located in Trivignano Udinese, Italy.
