Curatone.art, an independent curatorial platform based in Berlin, is hosting the Portrait and Figure Open Call 2026, an international juried online exhibition focused on the human presence in art – face, body, gesture and identity. The call welcomes any medium, style, and artists of any career stage, provided they are 18 years or older. Each artist may submit up to two works (JPEG or PNG, max 4 MB). Submissions are free; a one‑time $25 finalist fee applies only if the jury selects the work. The competition is judged by a panel of 30 credentialed art professionals who score each entry on a 10‑point scale. The Grand Prize winner receives $100 cash, a Winner’s Diploma, and a solo exhibition on Curatone.art, while all finalists are included in an online exhibition, receive a numbered diploma, a jury evaluation protocol, and publication in an international catalogue with an ISBN. The deadline for entries is 1 November 2026, with jury scoring from 3–11 November and results announced on 16 November. The call is part of an annual series, making it a recurring opportunity for artists worldwide.
