Arte Lírica em Joias

Lyrical Jewelry is a national juried exhibition that invites jewelry artists to create wearable pieces inspired by a favorite song lyric. Presented by The Jeweler’s Saw Co‑op in partnership with Art for the People Gallery (AFTPG), the call encourages broad interpretation of the theme, allowing materials ranging from traditional metalsmithing and enamel to fiber, found objects, and experimental mixed media. Submissions must be wearable, have a retail value of $5,000 or less, and cannot be commercially manufactured. The exhibition will run from October 2nd to 30th, 2026 at AFTPG in Austin, Texas, coinciding with the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Three cash prizes are awarded: Best of Show ($500), People’s Choice ($400), and Best Student Work ($300). All selected works will be available for sale at the gallery, with artists receiving a 50% commission on sales. The call is open to U.S. artists at any career stage, including students, emerging, and established makers.
