City of Bellevue
Sobre Esta Oportunidade
The City of Bellevue’s Arts Grants program includes two distinct funding streams for the 2027–2028 cycle: the Eastside Arts Partnership (EAP) Support Grants and the Project Grants. The EAP grants provide operational support to East King County 501(c)(3) nonprofits that offer annual arts, cultural, and heritage programming to Bellevue residents and visitors. Eligible organizations may request up to $15,000 or 50 % of their operating budget, whichever is lower, and may also apply for the PowerUp for Equal Access bonus grant. The Project Grants target individual artists, groups, and community organizations proposing innovative arts, cultural, or heritage projects that will take place in Bellevue in 2027. Funding levels are $3,000, $5,000, or $7,000, and applicants may also pursue the BelRed bonus grant. Applications for both cycles are collected through Submittable and are due on October 10, 2026. The City encourages applicants to review the detailed guidelines PDFs linked above, attend virtual office hours, and submit a complete application package. The grants are open to artists and nonprofits that meet the eligibility criteria and are part of the Eastside King County community.
