CHAMADA ABERTA: LEONARDO CRIPTECH AI LAB 2027

Leonardo’s CripTech AI Lab 2027 is a virtual creative incubator that brings together disabled artists, technologists, and scholars to critique and reimagine the relationship between disability and artificial intelligence. Over a four‑month period (January – May 2027) participants will attend weekly workshops, receive one‑on‑one advising from lead artist M Eilo, and collaborate on mini‑projects that explore AI tools such as Pinokio, ComfyUI, and VoiceStudio. The program culminates in a public virtual showcase and the creation of a community‑generated archive of “recipes” documenting creative processes. Successful applicants receive a 100 % scholarship covering course tuition and required software. The lab is open to individuals and small groups worldwide who center disabled artistry, experience, and leadership. Applications are submitted via an online portal and must include a brief artist statement, background information, work samples, and references. The initiative is organized by Leonardo – the International Society for the Arts, Sciences and Technology – and aligns with its commitment to transdisciplinary collaboration and accessibility.
