CHAMADA ABERTA PARA ARTISTAS – 2026

spazioSERRA – Associazione Promozione Sociale – a non‑profit public art space located in the Lancetti railway station in Milan, seeks contemporary artists and collectives for collaborations in its 2027 exhibition and project season. The open call, running from 15 July 2026 to 6 September 2026, does not require a pre‑defined project proposal; instead, it focuses on the overall artistic research, practice, and potential alignment with spazioSERRA’s curatorial vision. Selected participants will engage in a curatorial dialogue with collettivoSERRA to develop site‑specific installations, performances, editorial productions, video projects, or other experimental formats. A financial contribution ranging from €500 to €2 000 will be provided to cover production costs, travel, food, accommodation, and promotional materials. The collaboration may also include use of the exhibition space (approximately 40 m²), technical support, and promotion through spazioSERRA’s channels. Eligibility is open to individual artists and collectives of any nationality, aged 18 or over. Applicants must pay a €12 membership fee via PayPal or bank transfer and submit an online portfolio (max 30 pages) through the form on spazioSERRA’s website. The call is part of an annual cycle, with the next edition expected in 2027.
