Chorus America
Sobre Esta Oportunidade
Chorus America’s Music Education Partnership Grants program is a two‑year funding initiative that supports collaborations between choral music organizations and community partners across four priority geographic regions. The program seeks to increase access to choral music education for students from historically marginalized communities, foster cross‑cultural learning, and uphold principles of access, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations and fiscally sponsored projects that operate in the choral field and partner with community or educational institutions. Grants provide up to $50,000 over the two‑year period (2027‑28 and 2028‑29 school years) and include participation in a peer‑learning cohort featuring virtual and in‑person convenings. Applicants must submit a complete application through Chorus America’s online portal, including a project budget, tax‑exempt documentation, and, for fiscally sponsored projects, a fiscal sponsor agreement. The application deadline is November 20, 2026, and the program offers a range of resources such as an applicant toolkit, scoring rubric, and budget template to assist applicants in preparing their proposals.
