Sobre Esta Oportunidade
The Impart & Nalli Fellowships support South‑Asia‑based projects that generate new interest in the region’s textile practices among diverse audiences. Two research fellowships are awarded, each providing a grant of INR 5.5 lakh (approximately US$6,600) for one year of independent research, product development, or artistic practice. Fellows receive mentorship from leading scholars and industry experts, as well as access to Nalli Silks’ resources. The call is open to individuals (including artists, designers, researchers) and small organisations aged 18 years or older, of any nationality, whose proposed projects engage with textile histories, traditions, or contemporary practices across South Asia. Applications are submitted online and require a project proposal, CV/portfolio, and a brief budget. No application fee is required.
