Friendship Village of Dublin (FVD), in partnership with the Dublin Arts Council (DAC), is issuing a public‑art commission for an Ohio‑based artist or artist team to create a site‑specific installation on the FVD campus in Dublin, Ohio. The work may be permanent, temporary or movable and should respond to the community’s themes of life cycles, nature, and intergenerational connection. Applicants must submit a portfolio of six images, a CV, references, a letter of interest, and a statement on community engagement. The selection process will identify three finalists who will receive a $2,500 stipend and travel support for site visits in September/October 2026, with the final commission awarded by November 2026. The total project budget is $100,000, covering artist fees, fabrication, installation, insurance, engineering, and related costs. The commissioned artwork will become the property of Friendship Village of Dublin, which will assume long‑term stewardship. The call is open only to artists residing in Ohio who have a valid U.S. Tax ID. Applications are submitted free of charge via the CaFÉ platform by 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 29, 2026.
