República Dominicana x Residência de Pesquisa da Cité internationale des arts 2027

The Embassy of the Dominican Republic in France and the Cité internationale des arts, supported by Banco de Reservas de la República Dominicana, invite Dominican visual artists to apply for a three‑month research residency in Paris in 2027. Two sessions are offered (5 January‑26 March and 2 April‑28 June). Selected artists receive a fully furnished live‑in studio at the Marais site, a monthly living allowance of €1,000 net of tax, return economy‑class airfare, travel and health insurance, and opportunities for networking, exhibitions and weekly Open Studios. Applicants must be Dominican nationals residing in the Dominican Republic for at least two years, have a minimum of three years professional experience, work in visual arts (painting, sculpture, installation, photography, video, digital, performance or interdisciplinary practice), and communicate professionally in English or French. Group applications and former Cité residents are not eligible. The application period runs from 16 July to 30 August 2026, with results announced in October 2026. Applications are submitted via an online Google Form and must include a CV, portfolio and statement of intent.
