Coordenador(a) de Eventos

Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) in Cape Town, South Africa is seeking an Events Coordinator to support tours, public programmes and private events. Reporting to the Event Manager, the role involves coordinating bookings, suppliers and schedules, administering private and public tours, developing new tour offerings, maintaining the master calendar, handling supplier invoices and assisting the Curatorial Department with exhibition‑related programming. The position is permanent and based in Cape Town.

Applicants must have at least three years of experience organising tours, events or functions, strong planning and communication skills, and an understanding of budgets. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing or a related field is preferred. The museum welcomes applications from suitably qualified Historically Disadvantaged Individuals.
