ELSEHERE, a global contemporary arts platform, is launching a free, rolling open call for artists, researchers, and cross‑media makers. The call invites submissions that may not fit traditional categories but demonstrate a distinct method, clear aesthetic direction, and strong authorship. Artists from any discipline—performance, dance, installation, moving image, photography, sound, music, composition, text‑based practices, hybrid and interdisciplinary work—are welcome. The call is open worldwide and does not require institutional affiliation. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis; shortlisted artists will be contacted for an alignment conversation and offered pathways such as STRATUM journal publication, artist features, program opportunities, cross‑border partner matching, and future commissions. The process is free of charge, with no submission fee. Applicants should provide a concise package: name, location, medium/discipline, a short description (5–10 sentences), and links to work. Optional materials include press coverage, portfolio, project deck, or biography.
